We believe every student deserves the chance to thrive.
nourishED turns the science of wellbeing into practical, inspiring learning students can use every day.
Because the skills to thrive shouldn’t be left to chance.
From nutrition education to lifelong wellbeing.
nourishED began with a simple idea: teach young people how everyday choices affect how they feel.
Food is only part of the story.
matters.
matters.
matters.
matters.
The earlier young people understand how these pieces work together, the more empowered they become to shape their own wellbeing.
What began with food became something bigger.
A whole-school approach to lifelong wellbeing.

Emily Schach
Co-Founder, nourishED
Emily Schach is a wellness entrepreneur and mother of two with nearly two decades of experience in leadership and building health-focused businesses.
Her career began at lululemon, where she spent more than a decade in leadership and experienced firsthand the role that movement, community and everyday habits can play in wellbeing. She later co-founded Glory Juice Co., helping build one of Vancouver’s early businesses centred around whole-food nutrition and accessible healthy choices.
As a mother, and with a lifelong background in sport, Emily became increasingly passionate about giving young people the practical health knowledge she believes should be learned early in life.
She co-founded nourishED to bring that vision into schools, creating hands-on experiences that make wellbeing understandable, relevant and actionable for students, educators and families.
Golnaz Mindell, RHN
Co-Founder & CEO, nourishED
Golnaz Mindell is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, keynote speaker, educator and mother of three who is passionate about giving young people the skills to thrive.
After earning a Commerce degree from McGill University, Golnaz began her career in marketing at General Mills, where she gained a firsthand understanding of the powerful influences shaping how children eat and how health behaviours are formed. Years later, as a mother, that perspective became personal, and ultimately inspired a new direction.
Golnaz co-founded nourishED to help shift wellbeing education from reactive to proactive. Today, she works with students, educators and families to translate the science of wellbeing into practical, engaging experiences young people can use in everyday life.
She also serves on the Boards of Thrive for Good and the YPO Global Health & Wellness Network.
We make wellbeinginspiring. relevant. empowering.
The skills to thrive

Every student deserves access to the knowledge and skills that support lifelong wellbeing.
